Recognizing that the results of some high impact research may not be available by the general abstract submission deadline, SIOP offers a late-breaking opportunity. Late breaking abstracts should be original, novel and not contain any data that has been previously presented at a national meeting or published in any online or PubMed indexed journal. Submissions that are retrospective or single center studies are not competitive. Submissions are subject to a $255 abstract submission fee. Membership in SfN is not a requirement for participation in this program.
Authors of accepted late-breaking works will be assigned a time to present their poster at the conference. Posters should clearly illustrate key aspects of their LBW and be compellingly designed. Accepted posters will be included in the CHI 2025 Digital Library.
